The Motion to Strike has been redesigned to allow you to relate to an entry on the docket, describe an item NOT on the docket, or do both.
Step-byStep Procedure

Select [Bankruptcy or Adversary > Motions/Applications]

Enter Case Number,click Next

Verify you are docketing on the correct case.

Select Strike from pick list, click Next

Select Party from party pick list or Add/Create New Party , click Next
The Attorney/Party Association screen may display. If it does, click here.

The PDF Document Selection screen will display
Next, the Proposed Order must be added as an attachment to the notice of motion and motion.

Click Yes radio button for Attachment to Document and click Next
- Select one of the following, click Next
- Follow the instructions based on your selection in step #9

Select the category to which your event relates, click Next
Select the appropriate event(s) to which your event relates, click Next

Enter description of item to be stricken, click Next

Select the category to which your event relates, click Next
Select the appropriate event(s) to which your event relates, click Next

The Hearing Screen will display. Insert, hearing date, time, and location, click Next
- Click, next
- The Final Text screen will display
This is your final opportunity to modify the entry before submitting the filing.
- Click Next to complete the process
The Notice of Electronic Filling will display. It serves as verification that the filing has been sent electronically to the court.
Copies of this notice and the document filed are emailed to all participants who receive electronic notification in the case. You have a period of 15 days for a one time free look at the documents.
